Analogue Social is collaborating with The Lighthouse to host an exhibition based around a single material – paper.

Scottish designers were invited to interpret and use paper in any way they wished to create exciting project proposals. Eight designers were chosen to create an exhibition: Kate Colin, Kerr Vernon, Kerry McLaughlin, Lisa Catterson, Michael Shorter, Alan Moore, Jemima Dansey Wright, David Ross & Craig McIntosh. Their submissions range from fashion to product, graphics to sound. The show will celebrate what Scotland’s design talent can achieve with a beautiful, everyday material.

Analogue Social is an open community of designers in Scotland. They hold the AnSo gathering on a monthly basis in venues around Glasgow, as well as organising an exciting calendar of design-focused activities. “Our goals are to celebrate Scottish design and create a growing, collaborative and diverse design community in Scotland”.

Analogue Social are also hosting Pecha Kucha 16: Paper at The Lighthouse on April 24th.
