The Tower Room is ideal for small meetings and events, one of our newer spaces it was renovated for public hire in 2016.
Located just off Gallery One, on the first floor of The Lighthouse, the Tower Room has a cosy but creative feel. The circular room is part of the traditional Mackintosh designed building and at the time of completion in 1895 would have been the office of the editors of the Glasgow Herald newspaper! With curved sandstone walls and large windows, this unique room is ideal for small meetings and creative workshops.
The room can accommodate 14 boardroom style and 10 cabaret style. Due to the size of the room catering for any events in the tower room will be served in the Doocot Café on Level Five.
