This Friday Presents: On Your Bike! A Better Way to Work
Victoria Leiper, The Bike Station
Workshop (Level 2)
20 June 2014
1.00 - 2.00pm

How can you encourage people to switch from driving to work and start travelling more sustainably? Glasgow Bike Station is the city’s largest bike recycling organisation. In addition to reconditioning and selling unwanted bicycles, they work hard to encourage more people to travel around Glasgow by bike. Victoria Leiper will look specifically at their current behaviour change campaign ‘Better Way to Work’ which in its final year reached over 6000 commuters across Glasgow. The talk will be followed by the launch of the new Glasgow Cycle Map and Cycle Challenge Sustainable City. All attendees will recieve a copy of the cycle map.

This free talk will take place in the A+DS Workshop, Level 2.
