What have purple flowers, pot plants and a bus shelter got to do with encouraging more walking and cycling in our towns? Paul Ruffles of Sustrans and colleagues will introduce their unique award winning Street Design Project, which explores the relationship between place quality, community and active travel in residential areas of Scotland.
