Still Life 18 Oct 2018 – 31 Mar
Gallery Two

Still Life is a furniture design workshop based in Glasgow. Founded in 2017 by Artists and designers Aaron Ziggy and Will Jenkinson with an aim to make waste materials more desirable and encourage their use as a resource.

Over the course of the 6 month residency in Gallery 2a, Still Life aim to find a way to combine wood and plastic to create a robust, useful but elegant design which still keeps both materials fully recyclable. Through research, workshops and residences, Still Life also hope to develop a deeper understanding of how to sustainably and efficiently create a useful product from a waste material and introduce more people to the possibilities of recycling.
