“Giants: Uncovered” with The Village Storytelling Centre
The Village Storytelling Centre
The Lighthouse
11 & 18 Mar
11am & 1.30pm

All workshops are now FULLY BOOKED

The Village Storytelling Centre comes to The Lighthouse to regale the public with some tall tales...very tall tales in fact as they'll be making Giant stories!

In response to the INSP exhibition, the connection between giants and homelessness will be explored in an interactive multi-art form workshop that will make new and exciting stories about some of the most feared and loved characters in the world of folklore. We'll be building big cardboard worlds filled with big stories to deal with some big issues. This will be fun for all the family and promises to be a rip-roaring hour and a half of large scale nonsense with a little bit of seriousness thrown in.

The workshops will be held at The Lighthouse at 11am and 1.30pm on both Saturday 11th and Saturday 18th March.

This event is suitable for families of all ages.

The exhibition "UNCOVERED: still homeless, still an issue" in association with INSP and Equator can be seen in The Lighthouse until the 9th April.
