Creative Mackintosh Festival 2013 12 - 27 October
Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the innovative Glasgow architect whose work propelled architecture from Victorian flamboyance to modern minimalism, is being celebrated in this festival. Over the space
of two weeks (October 12 — 27) the city is inviting visitors to explore, discover and create using one
of the city’s best-loved sons as their inspiration with over 30 exhibitions, talks, workshops, walks and events in all the major buildings created by Mackintosh.
The Lightouse is delighted to be playing host to a Mackintosh inspired photographic exhibtion here and a Mr and Mrs Mackintosh workshop here
