Scottish Civic Trust My Place 23 Mar 2017 – 03 May
Level Two

The Scottish Civic Trust My Place exhibition opened on Level 2 here at The Lighthouse on Thursday 23rd March after a special ceremony that announced the winners of the Scottish Civic Trust My Place Awards and My Place Photography Competition.

The My Place Awards recognise recent projects around Scotland – restoration, new-build, landscape and public realm – which demonstrate community involvement, help create a sense of place and foster civic pride.

The My Place Photography competition provides young people with the opportunity to express their experience of the heritage, buildings and archaeology around them.

The Scottish Civic Trust is grateful to the following organisations for their support: Scottish Government, Historic Environment Scotland, Architecture & Design Scotland, Jessops, ADF Architects, Morgan McDonnell and Glasgow Institute of Architects.
