Mackintosh Month - The Big Banner Project Mackintosh Room

A free family workshop, part of our programme of activities and events during the annual Mackintosh Month celebrations. Join us on Saturday 7th October from 11am-4pm for this free, drop in workshop. No booking required. 

On the third floor of The Lighthouse just outside the Mackintosh Interpretation Centre, Elisabeth Viguie-Culshaw from The Landsdowne House of Stencils will be running an open workshop, during which participants recreating Mackintosh's banner for the Willow Tea Rooms from 1903. You be showed how to stencil and given a chance to make your mark on the communal banner, the final banner can be seen at The Lighthouse until the end of October.
