Payment
Please provide an invoice address on booking. 

Arrival times
Our workshops start at 9.30am for schools coming in to The Lighthouse.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.   If you are travelling from further a field we will organise the workshop start times to suit.

For outreach workshops we will start at 9.30am at your venue

Lunch
We recommend your school brings packed lunches and snacks including water. We can provide limited catering for an additional cost. Space for eating lunch is provided in the workshop space.

Playspace/Fresh Air
We are located in a busy city centre so have no secure outdoor recreation space. We recommend teachers plan a short city walk during the lunch break if they feel it necessary for their pupils.

Departure Times
Primary workshops finish at 2.30pm to allow for return travel.
Secondary workshops finish at 3.00pm.

Group Sizes
Workshops tariffs include up to 30 primary places and 20 secondary. 
We also have larger spaces to welcome big or multi school/class visits.
Prices are adjusted accordingly.
