What inspired you to study architecture?
My art teacher at school told me I wouldnt be suited to a career in architecture.  So I stole some architecture books from his library and enrolled in the course at Strathclyde!

What’s the best thing about what you do?
The feeling that you've never quite cracked it.  That's what keeps you going.

If you could give one bit of advice to someone thinking about studying architecture what would it be?
Quickly develop a thick skin, trust your gut instinct, and don't let it take over your life!

Has anything surprised you since starting your course?
Why do all architects wear black?

What are you currently working on?
My tan and sleep pattern!

What are you going to do, when you finish answering these questions?
Have a cup of tea and enjoy my last few days of freedom before I start work.
