The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse, Scotland’s Centre for Design and Architecture, invites early-career designers and architects to submit proposals for an exhibition of work to be held in the Review Gallery from October 2014 onwards.

As Scotland’s Centre for Design and Architecture, The Lighthouse is committed to presenting and promoting exciting and innovative work that demonstrates the impact of design on our everyday lives. The Review Gallery, on Level 1 of The Lighthouse, offers an unrivalled opportunity to present this work to an international audience.

Proposals can be submitted by individuals, institutions or collectives but the nature of the exhibition should correspond to the purpose of the Review Gallery as a showcase for the work of emerging architectural and design talent.

Please submit a proposal including a description of yourself and your work, an indication of what you think the benefits of a Review Gallery exhibition would be to your professional development and why you think your work fits within The Lighthouse’s aim to highlight the impact of design. Please also remember to include your name, email address and telephone number.

Deadline for submissions: 5pm on Friday 27 June.
